Natural Remedies Syrup Against Cough

– 250ml water
– 250g brown sugar

Place the water in a smaller bowl, then add the sugar. When you dissolve sugar add the remaining ingredients and cook over low heat about 15 minutes. Remove the mixture from the fire and strain.

Take 1 teaspoon of syrup three times a day, and use it until they feel better. Keep the syrup in the refrigerator. This natural remedy is very fast and easy to made and cure effectively.

  1. You can make a remedy for a cough consisting of the following elements. 
    • Ginger
    • Clove
    • Honey
    • Water

Method: You have to boil the water first. When the water is boiling, you have to add a bit of ginger, crushed clove, and brew tea. Let it cool. Add honey according to your taste and serve. 

Ginger has elements that could save you from cough as it has anti-inflammatory properties along with 

Honey makes the throats feel light and prevents rashes. 

Clove is an anti-inflammatory spice too.

  • Honey
  • Water
  • Mint leaves
  • Lemon
  • Ginger. 

Method: The method is very similar to the first one. Boil the water. Add ginger and boil it for a minute. 

Add the mint leaves. Do not add the mint stems and let it sit for a minute. Serve it with a squeeze of lemon and a tablespoon of honey. 

Lemon is an active ingredient that clears away the congestion.

Mint leaves also prevent congestion and its cool aftereffects will soothe the throat. 

  1. Probiotics: You can simply take probiotics too if you don’t have the time to brew a tea of those concocted spices. Probiotics are a big host of microorganisms that will give you the immunity boost you need. This is the time that can make you feel low. 

Make sure you keep yourself warm and keep away from chilled food. Draw out the phlegm as much as possible.
